# Fourth Baking Contest and is Love to Eat Festival# Cranberry Cheese Bread
1.
Add water, egg liquid, sugar, salt, and milk powder to the bread bucket.
2.
Add flour and yeast on top of flour. Put the bread bucket into the Dongling 1352AE-3C bread machine.
3.
Select the kneading process for 10 minutes, let it stand for 5 minutes, add the softened butter cut into small pieces, and select the kneading program for 15 minutes.
4.
3 minutes before the end of kneading, add the dried cranberries that have been soaked and drained in advance.
5.
After the dough is set, cover the top of the bread bucket with a wet towel, and then cover the bread bucket lid. Prove at room temperature for about 50 minutes, and the dough will rise twice as large. (When the room temperature is high, the fermentation function of the bread machine can be disabled)
6.
Take out the fermented dough, press and vent it lightly, divide it into 310 grams and 170 grams of dough, knead it round, then flatten it, and put it into 6-inch and 4-inch round molds respectively. (The inner wall of the mold needs to be smeared with butter to prevent sticking. If yours is a non-stick mold, this step can be ignored)
7.
Put the bread dough into the Dongling K30A oven, select the fermentation gear 35 degrees, and the fermentation time is about 40-50 minutes. (A bowl of hot water is built in the oven to make the oven reach a certain humidity.)
8.
Make cheese filling while waiting for fermentation, put small pieces of cheese in a glass bowl, soften the heat insulation water, and add sugar.
9.
Beat with an electric whisk until it is smooth, then add milk and beat evenly.
10.
Finally, add milk powder and beat evenly. After sealing the glass bowl, put it in the refrigerator.
11.
After the bread dough is fermented, the surface is brushed with egg liquid.
12.
Put it into the lower layer of the oven preheated 170 degrees in advance, and bake for about 35 minutes. If the color is obvious, you can cover it with tin foil to prevent the color from becoming too dark. (The baking temperature depends on the temper of your oven)
13.
After the bread is done, take it out and let it cool, cut into four pieces, cut two knives in the middle of each piece, and then spread the cheese filling.
14.
Put milk powder on all sides and you can taste it.
Tips:
1. The amount of water in the formula is for reference only.
2. The mixing time is different for each type of bread machine.
3. Dried cranberries need to be soaked in advance and then drained before use.
4. The cheese filling will be thicker after being put in the refrigerator.
5. The baking temperature is for reference only.
