Flour, eggs and milk into the bread machine

Stir until there is no raw flour, add the softened butter

Make a dough and let it rise for about 15 minutes

Roll the dough into large noodles and put it into the baking tray, use a fork to fill the bottom of the cake, and press the edge with a fork to form a flower shape

Frozen clam meat is defrosted in advance (my clam meat is fried so hot and popped clam meat is frozen)

Cover with tin foil and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes until the dough is about 9 minutes cooked (the temperature of the oven is high or low, remember to observe)

Squeeze a layer of tomato sauce and a layer of salad dressing on the dough

Spread the clam meat

Sprinkle cheese

Sprinkle black sesame seeds

Then roast at 200 degrees until the cheese melts
Tips:
1. This is dead noodles. It depends on my personal preference. I like to eat this kind of chewy noodles. It can also be replaced with yeasted noodles.
