Pancake skin: Mix the egg and milk well, then add the pancake powder and stir evenly, and finally add the melted butter and stir to make a pancake paste
2.
Spoon a spoonful of batter into a flat pan, cover it with a thin layer, and put it in the microwave.
3.
Microwave for one and a half minutes.
4.
Carefully lift the pancake skin and place it on the plastic wrap, and then cover it with the plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out. Finish all panji skins in the same way. Note that there must be an insurance film between the pancakes, or they will stick together.
5.
Add sugar to the cream and beat with a whisk.
6.
The mango is peeled and cored to dig out the flesh.

I like to cut and eat. I ate 3 of them before I took a photo. They were so delicious😊
Tips:
1 Take care of the pancake peel from the microwave because it is very hot.
2 If you don't like to use insurance film to separate the pancake skin, you can also apply a layer of oil. I still like to use insurance film, because pancakes can’t be eaten and can be wrapped in the refrigerator.
3 I made 12 pancakes with this recipe. You can increase or decrease the ingredients according to the ratio.
It tastes better and cuts better when placed in the refrigerator.
