Fragrant and Crispy Grilled Dumplings (air Fryer)

3.
Roll the dumplings in a bowl a few times to make sure that the dumplings are dipped in oil and water at 360 degrees.
4.
Shake off the excess water on the dumplings, and place them in the frying basket of the air fryer. The excess water must be thrown away, otherwise it will stick to the basket and it will be ripped apart. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
5.

6.
Roll the dumplings that have been baked once in a bowl again to shake off the excess water. (This is the second pot)
7.
Turn over the dumplings that have been dipped in the oil for the second time, lie on their sides, and bake them for 5-8 minutes. Most dumplings are roasted for a while, and small dumplings are roasted for a while.
8.
Finally, the fragrant and crispy roasted dumplings are ready.
Tips:
1. If there is no air fryer, use the oven to bake. The temperature and time are for reference, because everyone's machine is different.
2. The dumplings do not need to be thawed in advance. Be careful not to use frozen cracked dumplings, which are easy to crack and the juice inside will flow out.
3. Dip the oil and water mixture before baking, so that the baked dumplings will not dry out and will be more crispy.
