Fragrant and Mouth-watering [beef Melaleuca]

1. Add all the ingredients except the sesame oil to the minced beef

2. Whisk in the same direction and add small sesame oil and continue to beat in the same direction to mix evenly

3. If someone at home doesn’t like to eat green onion, ginger and garlic, you can use this onion, ginger, cooking wine

4. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator to chill for one hour for later use

5. To make dough, add salt to flour and warm water
