Fragrant Cheese Bread

Put the dough ingredients into the bread bucket.

Use the kneading function of the bread machine, and 30 minutes.

Round the dough and cover it with a glass bowl and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Exhaust the dough and divide it into 3 parts, knead the dough and place it in the baking pan

Then put it in the oven to ferment for 50-60 minutes.

Take out the fermented dough and brush the egg liquid on the surface of the dough.

Bake in the oven, the upper tube is 170 degrees, and the lower tube is 150 degrees, time is 22-25 minutes.

Put the cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon juice in a clean basin and stir well with a whisk.

Add the milk and mix well

After mixing well, the cheese filling is ready

Divide the bread into 4 portions.

Spread cheese filling on both sides of the bread,

Sift the powdered sugar on the surface.
