Fragrant Hen Soup

Wash the old hen

Cut into small pieces, wash the blood, drain and set aside

Prepare the seasoning

Add chicken and stir fry

Chicken will produce a lot of water, so be sure to stir-fry the water

Pour in some water

Put the green onion and ginger in the casserole

Bring to a boil for 20 minutes and turn to low heat

Put an appropriate amount of salt in a small fire for 1 hour. Continue to boil for 20 minutes and remember to check the water in the middle. If the water is low, add a proper amount of boiling water to avoid boiling dry.

Tips:
If you want to cook thick chicken soup, you must fry chicken. If you want to cook clear chicken soup, you don’t need to fry chicken. Just put the chicken and the seasoning together in the pot and add water.
