Fragrant Pork Ribs Soup
1.

Boil in a pot of cold water and skim off the foam.
3.
Wash the ribs and set aside.

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and cut them into small pieces on the back.
5.
Chopped shiitake mushrooms. Because the shiitake mushrooms I bought this time are a bit big, and to take care of the children, I cut the shiitake mushrooms into smaller ones. Friends who don’t want to cut small ones can just scratch the back of the shiitake mushrooms.
6.
Cut the carrot into pieces with a hob.
7.
After washing the broccoli, tear it into small pieces and soak it in a bowl filled with salt water for about 10 minutes to help remove residual pesticides and insects.
8.
Pour hot water into the casserole, add the ribs, and bring to a boil.
9.
Pour all the shiitake mushrooms at once.
10.
Pour in the carrots, bring to a boil and simmer for an hour.
11.
Put the broccoli in the last 10 minutes or so, turn to high heat and bring to a boil
12.
After the broccoli is cooked, add salt, stir well and turn off the heat.
13.
The heart-warming soup is well stewed!
Tips:
1. The broccoli does not need to be boiled for too long. After it is cooked, turn off the heat to avoid destroying the nutrients in it.
2. The water soaking process of the ribs can also be omitted. But when you start to cook the ribs, be sure to cook the water in a cold water pot, so as to better cook the bleeding water.
