Frangipani

Beat two eggs into the basin.

Add a little salt and a little lemon juice (to remove the fishy) and stir well. (You can use a few drops of white vinegar instead of lemon juice)

Put a little oil in the pan, pour in the egg liquid, and fry on low heat.

Cut the fried crust in half.

Fold half of the crust in half.

Cut the knife at the position pointed by the bamboo stick (only cut the lower half of the pie crust), and cut from one end to the other. The width is as uniform as possible (approximately 5 mm wide)

Then roll it from one end to the other, and fix it with a bamboo stick.
