Freckles and Whitening---three Silk Burdock in Cold Dressing

After the burdock is peeled and shredded, soak it in water immediately. Put 2 drops of white vinegar in the water, and shred carrots and lettuce.

After the water is boiled, add the burdock shreds and scald for 3 minutes.

Add carrot shreds and continue blanching for 2 minutes.

Add the lettuce and turn off the heat.
