French Baked Scallops

The scallops are processed first, and the shells are rinsed.

Pry open the scallop shell.

Take out the scallop meat, remove the internal organs, which is the black mass, wash the shells and set aside.

Take off a bowl and freeze the ones you don’t need.

1. Scallops must be fresh.
2. The seasoning for marinating can be omitted and it will be delicious.
