French Diamond Biscuits

Cut the butter into small pieces, mix with sugar, and mix well

Add egg yolk, mix well, then add flour, vanilla powder and black tea in turn

Knead the mixed dough into a cylindrical shape and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours

Sprinkle brown sugar or white sugar on the worktable to make the cylindrical dough evenly coated with a layer of sugar

Cut the dough into equal round pieces as shown in the picture, put it in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, it looks a little browned just fine
