French Fried Steak with Mini Potatoes

Pat the steak with the back of a knife, add salt, soy sauce, and pepper to marinate for 15 minutes.

Blanch the small potatoes in water, remove them and peel them for later use.

Put an appropriate amount of salad oil in the electric baking pan and fry the potatoes on low heat for 5 minutes.

Press the steak button on the other side to fry the steak until golden on both sides.

Potatoes and tomatoes sprinkle with a little rosemary to taste, and serve on a plate.
Tips:
If you are frying fatter steaks, lightly press the fat part to make more fat come out, and it will taste fat and not greasy!
