Cut the peeled potatoes into even long strips

Put vegetable oil in the fryer, the oil temperature is 170-180 degrees, and put the potato chips, I use a thermometer to measure the oil temperature

Fry until the potato chips are crispy, remove the oil and serve (please ignore this step and take pictures of the color, the weather is cold, the oil is hot and the cold is too cold, and the time to take the pot will cause the chips to stay in the oil pan for a long time, resulting in heavier color)
