French Fries

Potatoes, milk, tomato sauce (or salad dressing) are set aside.

Cut the potatoes into even long strips and soak them in water for later use.

After the water boils, add the potato chips, wait for the water to boil again, remove and let cool.

Soak the cooked potato chips in milk overnight.
5.
Remove the potato strips to dry, and freeze them in the refrigerator.
6.
The water should be drained, otherwise it will stick after freezing.
7.
When the oil is heated to 60% hot, add the frozen French fries and fry until golden brown to remove the oil.
8.
You can dip it with tomato sauce (or salad dressing) when you eat it.
