French Fries

Peel and slice potatoes.

Sprinkle starch after passing the water and stir evenly.

Put the oil in the pot, medium heat, and let the chopsticks go down to make small bubbles around the temperature.

Add the potato chips and fry them until golden brown.

Spread kitchen paper on the plate to absorb excess oil.

It will not be hot when it is spread out to dry.

Served with tomato sauce.
