French Fruit Burritos
1.
Mix all the ingredients except the egg white and 15g sugar added to the egg white.
2.
Stir to the state shown in Figure 2.
3.
In another clean basin, put the egg whites, add sugar in portions, and beat until the state shown in the picture (wet foaming is skipped).
4.
Pour the whipped egg white into the roux and use a rubber spatula to evenly.
5.
Stir to flow as shown in the figure.
6.
Slightly grease the pan with oil (you don’t need to wipe it if it doesn’t stick), heat it on a low fire (my electromagnetic adjustment is 170 degrees), scoop 1 tablespoon of 5 batter, and slowly drip into the pan from a height of about 20cm -> this way Into a natural round shape.
7.
Heat for about 2 minutes until there are bubbles as shown in the figure, quickly turn over and reheat for about 1 minute (it will break when heated for too long).
8.
After heating, quickly fold up the burrito with greased paper (I used glass glue to fix the greased paper), with a light color on the inside.
9.
All heated burritos are heated and folded until they are completely cooled.
10.
Whip the whipped cream + 15g sugar, mount it on the inside of the burrito, and put your favorite fruit in it.
Tips:
These materials are enough to make 5 pieces, and they can be kept refrigerated after finishing.
