French Pan-fried Long Li Fish Pasta

Bring the water to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, remove and drain the water, stir-fry in a pan with oil.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic, minced onion, minced carrot, minced meat and tomato sauce.

Stir-fry the fat and turn it into tomato red oil.

Wash the longli fish and sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Stir the eggs evenly into egg liquid, pour the egg liquid on the dragon fish, and smear the egg liquid.

Then coat the longli fish cubes with egg mixture evenly with cornstarch.

Heat the pan, pour in olive oil, turn the high heat to low, and slowly fry the fish cubes until golden. Take out the Longli fish cubes and put on kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil.

Tips:
Don't like to eat the crispy longli fish taste, don't use too much cornstarch when it is wrapped, and remove the excess on the surface!
