Fresh and Beautiful Fried Shrimp

Prepare fresh shrimp and cucumber.

Peel the cucumber and cut into small pieces.
3.
Peel the ginger and chop it into ginger rice.

Wash the shrimp to remove the shrimp head and skin.

Take a knife on the back of the shrimp to remove the shrimp string.

Add salt and pepper powder, cooking wine, starch and egg white, stir evenly and sizing.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the ginger rice.

Tips:
The shrimp syrup has been adjusted to taste, so don't add any more seasonings. The final thickening of the fried shrimp must be thinner to make the finished product brighter.
