Dice the lotus root and set aside.

Rinse twice more to wash off the starch, put it in a pot and boil it in water.

Snow peas are also boiled and sliced.

Put the frying pan on the heat and heat the oil to stir-fry the lotus root, fry until the surface is slightly browned, pour in the snow peas, add salt, and mix well.
