Fresh and Delicious---whitebait Scrambled Eggs

Dried whitebait is soaked in cold water and drained. Add ginger and cooking wine to marinate for 5 minutes; add salt and beat the eggs.

Put an appropriate amount of oil on the pot to heat up, pour in the whitebait and fry until it is broken and discolored, then serve.

Add the whitebait to the egg liquid, stir well, pour it into a pan with a bottom oil and fry until fragrant into a block.

Sprinkle in chopped green onions and serve.
