Fresh and Healthy Lohas Health Bread Red Yeast Wolfberry Garland Pack
1.
Put all the ingredients in the bread machine, with water in the bottom layer, then liquid butter, salt, sugar, flour, yeast (buried in the flour), red yeast rice powder, select program 7 and noodles.
2.
Take out the beaten dough, spread oil on the chopping board, and knead it with your hands for a minute or two to form a smooth dough.
3.
Place it in a large basin, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment at 28 degrees Celsius to 2 times the size (at this temperature, it can be fermented at room temperature for 30-35 minutes. If you put it in the oven, it will be doubled in 25 minutes and grow longer. It's over, but it may take 40-60 minutes in winter, so control the time by yourself and pay attention to it at any time).
4.
Take out the dough, exhaust the steam, knead it again, pat it flat, pull it apart, and sprinkle the dried goji berries on the dough.
5.
After kneading it again, pat it flat and shape it into a rectangular shape.
6.
Place the baking pan upside down on the dough and let it rise at room temperature for 20 minutes.
7.
Divide into 6 equal strips with a scraper.
8.
Place the dough strips on a baking sheet covered with bran, without rolling, as long as the bottom of the dough sticks to the bran.
9.
Then take out the dough and twist the dough by gently pinching both ends to form a twisted pattern.
10.
Knead the two ends of the dough together to make the dough into a ring shape.
11.
Move the shaped dough into the baking tray, leaving enough space between the dough and the dough.
12.
Put it into the middle layer of the oven, put boiling water in the lower layer, lower the heat to 38 degrees, and finally ferment for about 20 minutes (the winter time is slightly longer, about 30 minutes).
13.
After the final fermentation is over, take out the water, change the upper and lower heat to 180 degrees, middle layer, 20-25 minutes.
14.
After baking, brush an appropriate amount of honey on the surface of the bread and let it cool completely.
