Because it is in the countryside, even the duck eggs are raised by themselves. It can be cooked in advance, because this is pickled in brine, so the egg yolk also has a certain degree of hardness. The weight of the dumplings in my own bag is quite sufficient. If you like, you can put the whole egg yolk. Here I chose half of it.
