Fresh Bamboo Shoots

1. Peel off the spring bamboo shoots and cut them into pieces with a hob;

3. Cut pork belly into small pieces

Tips:

1. There is oxalic acid in the spring bamboo shoots, which will be a bit astringent, so it needs to be boiled in water in advance and then soaked for a few hours;
