Fresh Bamboo Shoots

Peel off the spring bamboo shoots and cut them into pieces with a hob;

Pour into clean water and cook for 15 minutes, then soak for two hours;

Cut pork belly into small pieces

Sliced bacon

Boil the water in the pot;

Pour in the cut pork belly and bacon;

Cook for five minutes and remove for later use;

Add water to the casserole, pour the prepared spring bamboo shoots, pork belly and bacon;

Just add salt and pepper before serving.
Tips:
1. There is oxalic acid in the spring bamboo shoots, which will be a bit astringent, so it needs to be boiled in water in advance and then soaked for a few hours;
2. Cook the pork belly and bacon in advance to remove the fishy smell of the meat;
3. Because bacon is salty, the final salt should be added according to the saltiness of the soup.
