Fresh Fish Balls with Leek

Clean the fillet of silver carp and chop a small amount of pork belly into puree. Add onion ginger juice, salt, egg white, and keep beating in one direction until the fish puree is bright, delicate and glutinous; mince ginger and garlic , Millet spicy and chopped leeks.

Tips:
1. The broth is best to use broth, if not, you can use boiling water instead.
2. Use a mixture of lard and blended oil in a ratio of 1:1, so that the cooked fish balls are more fragrant.
