Fresh Ham & Soft Creamy Toast

Cut the vegetables, heat the pan and turn the oil to a low heat to fry the vegetables, add a little salt and a little black pepper to taste, lightly color, then fry the ham.

Remove the sides of the toast and cut into triangles.

Beat an egg, add milk, salt and mix well.

The toast is fully glued with egg wash, on both sides.

Heat the pan, brush with oil, and fry on low heat.
