Fresh Meat Dumplings

Prepare the ingredients, soak the glutinous rice and zong leaves for half a day, and cut the pork into small cubes

Put the soaked zong leaves in a pot and cook for 10 minutes

Add chili oil, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, and pepper powder to the pork, mix thoroughly, and marinate for flavor

Mix glutinous rice with marinated pork

Fold the zong leaves into a funnel shape and put in glutinous rice (don’t fill it up too much to avoid leakage)

Use chopsticks to press the leaves on both sides in the middle

Cover the zong leaves above, and then wrap the whole zongzi with the covered zong leaves

Wrap the rice dumplings with cotton thread
9.
Wrap all the zongzi
10.
Put it in a pressure cooker and press for 1 hour
