Fresh Mushroom Tofu Soup

Ingredients: organic linseed oil, fresh shiitake mushrooms, tofu, lean pork, ginger, coriander

Pork slices, tofu cut into pieces, shiitake mushrooms into small pieces, parsley minced

Wash the pork and put it in boiling water, fly water to remove impurities

Tips:
1. Gelinuoer organic linseed oil belongs to low-temperature cooking oil. Try to choose low-temperature cooking to eat, such as: low-temperature cooking, soup, baking, etc.
2. With Gelinuoer organic linseed oil, it can completely replace traditional sesame oil. Therefore, as long as the sesame oil is used, it can be replaced with linseed oil.
