Fresh Mushrooms with Chopped Peppers

Ingredients: fresh mushrooms.

Chives, chopped pepper.

Wash the fresh mushrooms with running water and remove them.

Put a cross knife on the chopping board.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add fresh mushrooms and stir fry, put in an appropriate amount of chopped peppers, add some water to boil.

Then, add some salt to taste and stir-fry well, put the chives on it, and ready to go.
