[fresh Yam and Corn Ribs Soup]

Prepare the materials;

Wash the ribs, put cold water into the pot, pour 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and 2 slices of ginger, open the lid to a high heat;

While blanching the ribs, wash the corn and cut into small pieces;
