Fried and Baked Sea Fish
1.
Soak the small fish for 10 minutes and change the water to reduce the fishy smell! Cut the coriander.
2.
Preheat the electric baking pan for 3 minutes and add cooking oil.
3.
Spread the oil evenly and pour into the dried fish! Turn on the upper and lower heat, close the lid, wait until the temperature is enough, the light is off, turn it over, and cycle for three times. The dried fish will be cooked evenly.
4.
The dried fish turns golden brown, add coriander and stir-fry for about a minute to force the moisture on the surface of the coriander to dry! Then out of the pot.
5.
Put it out of the pot and add some light soy sauce. When the fish is dry and hot, add light soy sauce to make it tasteful.
6.
When the mixture is evenly mixed, the meal is ready.
Tips:
The electric baking pan can be cooked slowly with mid-range firepower! Pay attention and it won't be muddled! For fried and baked fish, I only like to add light soy sauce and eat directly!
