Fried and Roasted Fish Pieces

Material drawing. (The fish is soaked in advance and washed)

Cut the fish into pieces and change the ingredients to a knife.

Pour oil in the wok, add ginger slices and fry until fragrant.

Put the fish cubes on and fry until fragrant.

Flip the fish pieces over and fry them, top with light soy sauce, add a spoonful of sugar, add a little warm water and cover and cook until the soup is dry.

Put the green garlic and parsley in a boiling pot, and just take it out of the pot.
Tips:
Frying fish does not avoid sticking to the pan. You can pour the oil into the pan to heat it, pour out the hot oil, refill the oil and then fry it, or use ginger slices directly on the bottom.
A spoonful of sugar is the finishing touch, it must not be less, because the fish pieces themselves are salty, there is no need to add salt.
