When I was sorting out the refrigerator, I found that there was still a bag of egg dumplings. I cooked hot pot in winter. After the weather turned warmer, I seldom eat hot pot at home, so I cooked it with baby cabbage. It was delicious.

Fried Baby Dishes with Egg Dumplings

1. Prepare baby dishes and egg dumplings

2. Chop the garlic, wash the shallots and cut the chopped green onions

3. Wash baby vegetables after dicing

4. Heat the pan with warm oil and add garlic until fragrant

5. Pour the baby cabbage and stir-fry until soft, then add salt and stir-fry evenly

6. Add sesame chili oil and stir fry evenly

7. Add the egg dumplings and add a little boiling water

8. Cover the high heat and bring to a boil, then turn to medium heat and cook until the egg dumplings are cooked through

9. Turn on and add chicken essence for seasoning, then turn off the heat

Tips:

1. Compared with cabbage, baby cabbage has less water output, so adding a little boiled water can make egg dumplings and baby cabbage blend better;
2. Don't turn the egg dumplings when they are just put into the pot. The egg skin will break easily. When it is cooked, the egg skin will not break.
