Fried Bacon
1.
The bacon is soaked in warm water and cleaned.
2.
Cut the soaked bacon into thin slices, shred the ginger, clean the garlic sprouts, and cut into sections for later use.
3.
Pour vegetable oil into the pot, add shredded ginger when the oil is hot and sauté.
4.
Add a tablespoon of red bean paste and stir-fry the red oil.
5.
Pour in the bacon slices and stir fry over low heat.
6.
Add a tablespoon of cooking wine and continue to stir fry.
7.
After the bacon is fried softly, pour in the garlic sprouts and stir fry.
8.
After the garlic stems are soft, pour in the garlic leaves and turn off the heat, stir well and then serve.
Tips:
1. The bacon has salinity, so it needs to be soaked and cleaned in warm water before cooking.
2. The garlic seedling stems and garlic seedling leaves should be put into the pot separately to prevent the garlic seedling leaves from becoming soft.
3. Because bacon has salinity, the amount of red oil bean paste should be appropriate.
