Fried Bacon with Bracken

Wash fresh bracken with clean water.

Cut the washed bracken into sections for later use.
3.
Boil it in boiling water to remove the fluff from the bracken.
4.
Slice bacon and set aside.
5.
Mince garlic and set aside.
6.
Pour the bacon slices into the hot pan.
7.
Stir-fry until the oil difference in the bacon does not come out.
8.
Pour in the braised bracken.
9.
Stir fry quickly for 1 minute.
10.
Add minced garlic, salt, and light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, add a little water and simmer.
11.
Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate, and it's ok.
