Fried Bean Curd with Sweet Beans

Fold off both ends of the sweet beans and wash them off. Rinse the dried beans with water.

Cut the beans and dried beans into cubes and slice the ginger and garlic.

Put oil in the pan, add ginger and garlic to a low heat and stir fry, then add the beans and dried tofu, stir-fry, add a little water and simmer for 2 minutes.
