Fried Beans

Ingredients

Wash and shred

Boil water in a pot, add some oil and salt, and blanch the beans until they are 5 mature

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, fry the green onions to create a fragrance

Add the blanched sword beans and stir fry

Add a spoonful of light soy sauce and stir fry

Add millet pepper and stir fry
Tips:
Canape beans should be fried and fried thoroughly as in the fourth quarter, otherwise they will be poisoned
