Fried Beef with Black Pepper

Prepared beef.

Beef slices.

Chop the beef slices thinly with the back of a knife and spread them out.

Sprinkle a layer of salt, chicken essence, black pepper powder, dried starch, and wine on top of the chopped beef slices. Use your fingers to pat on the top, and then drizzle with a few drops of salad oil. Spread it with your hands. The processed beef slices are well sized and placed in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Heat the pan with cold oil, high heat, and fry the beef slices for tens of seconds, turning frequently in the middle.

The fried beef can be eaten directly or wrapped in steamed buns.
Tips:
It is best to use tender beef for this dish. If there are fascia and membranes, they need to be disposed of first.
