Fried Beef with Okra

Main ingredients: lean beef, okra

Slice beef with a knife, add 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, 2 teaspoons of black pepper sauce

Grab well and marinate for a few minutes

When marinating the beef, wash the okra and put it in boiling water for a minute to remove.

Tips:
Both black pepper sauce and oyster sauce have a salty and umami taste, so you can put less or no salt in it.
