Fried Beef with Onion

The beef rolls are blanched to remove scum.

Shred the onion and pepper.

Finely chop green onion, ginger, and garlic.

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, salt, and sugar to the bowl and stir well.
