Fried Broad Beans with Pickled Vegetables

Wash broad beans and pickled vegetables

Garlic slices, dried chilies cut into small pieces
3.
Heat oil in a pan, saute garlic and chili
4.
Add broad beans and stir fry
5.
Add snow vegetables
6.
Pour in an appropriate amount of water, simmer the broad beans until cooked
7.
Add salt to taste
8.
Add chicken essence and stir well
Tips:
Broad beans must be cooked before they can be eaten.
