Fried Broad Beans with Sauerkraut

The broad beans are hulled and washed.

Wash the sauerkraut, chopped, stir-fry in oil and serve.

Put oil in the pan, heat for 7 minutes, put down the ginger, sauté the minced garlic, add the broad beans and stir fry

When the broad beans turn color, add salt, sugar, cooking wine, sauerkraut, and stir fry.
