Fried Brown Rice with Ginger, Green Onion and Egg

Ingredients: brown rice, eggs, shredded ginger, chopped green onion.

Tips:
1. The brown rice is leftovers. It is best to disperse the clumps by hand after taking it out of the refrigerator. 2. The ginger is put according to personal taste, you can leave it alone or put garlic if you don't like it. 3. I usually like to use light soy sauce for fried rice, but since the brown rice is already darker in color, I switch to salt.
