Fried Cake

The red beans are soaked one night in advance. Put the red beans into the pot with the water used to soak the beans, and add the water to just over the beans. Boil until the water is dry.

After the cooked beans are scooped out, add sugar according to personal taste, and crush until soft.

Add a small amount of flour to the millet noodles, and the sugar starts to knead the noodles, making the noodles softer. Knead it into a nest and steam it in a pot.

The steamed noodles wrap the red beans like dumplings. Just fry it in the pan.
Tips:
The grate used for steaming noodles is best made of plastic, or a plastic bag with some oil to make the bread. It is best to wear disposable gloves and dipped in oil during operation. Sprinkle some flour when wrapping it to make it less sticky. The noodles of the bag must be thick. Don't be afraid of leakage when it is fried in the frying pan.
