Fried Candy Seeds
1.
Use a rolling pin to roll out a pile of dumpling skins that you bought back, and make them slightly larger for later use.
2.
Cut the pork into small pieces and then put the corn kernels into the cooking machine to puree, and season with salt.
3.
Take a dumpling wrapper and place it on the chopping board, and spread a spoonful of pork filling.
4.
Starting from the bottom, roll it up, and roll it up loosely. Don't roll it too tight to avoid cracking.
5.
Twist the two sections in different directions and curl them tightly to make them look like candy.
6.
This method is very simple, you can let the children try it out together. The festive atmosphere makes it more fun for everyone to do it together.
7.
Pour oil into the pot, heat it to 50% heat and turn to medium-low heat. Slowly fry the candy seeds until the surface is slightly browned.
8.
Fish it out.
9.
Turn to high heat and increase the temperature of the oil. When it is 80% hot, pour the fried candy seeds in again, fry them until the surface is browned, and quickly take them out of the pan, pour them on the oil-absorbing paper to absorb the oil, cool it slightly, and eat it while it is hot. Crispy and tangy, so delicious!
Tips:
Don't roll the dumpling skin too thin, just roll it out a little bit. It should be loose when you wrap it. If it is too tight, the dumpling skin will break easily.
When frying, it must be divided twice, because the meat filling is more difficult to cook. For the first time, the meat inside will be slowly deep-fried at low temperature. After the oil temperature rises, the skin will be fried and crispy. Tender, not easy to burn.
