Soy products, tofu skin, has good nutrition and good taste. I like it very much. It is a very good health-preserving and healthy dish with soybean skin and good celery.

Fried Celery with Bean Curd

1. Clean the celery and wash the tofu skin

2. Tofu skin cut into pieces

3. Celery cut into diagonal blades

4. Pick up the frying pan, put the bean curd into the pan and fill it with oil

5. Re-start the frying pan, stir the green onion and ginger into the pan, stir fry the parsley and stir-fry

6. Stir-fry the bean curd in the pan, add a little water as appropriate, cover the pan and cook for a while

Tips:

1. This dish is light and should not add a variety of condiments.
