Fried Chai Chicken with Potatoes

Stir fragrant ginger garlic, pepper, cinnamon, star anise and dried chili in hot vegetable oil, add chai chicken nuggets and stir fry together, pour in cooking wine

Add a little soy sauce, and add some water to cover the chicken nuggets. You can use a little more water

Cover with a lid and boil over medium heat and simmer for half an hour

Add potato cubes, add salt and simmer for ten minutes, add coriander and chili before boiling
