Chiba tofu bought at the supermarket.

Rinse the Chiba tofu and cut into triangles.

Wash the leeks and cut into sections.

Cut the pork belly into thin slices.

To prepare ginger and garlic, chop chili with one spoon.

Tips:
1. Salt has been added when processing Chiba tofu. In the subsequent steps, the chopped chili and dark soy sauce are salty, so you don’t need to add salt. Chiba tofu tastes very delicious, so make it fresh You don't need to add chicken powder or sugar.
