Fried Chicken Chop
1.
Wash the chicken breast and cut it in the middle, don't cut it
2.
Make a few cuts horizontally and vertically without cutting through. Use the back of the knife to slack the chicken.
3.
Chopped onion and mix well with chicken
4.
Sprinkle appropriate amount of black pepper, rose salt, soy sauce, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes
5.
Prepare egg liquid, cornstarch, bread crumbs, and shredded cheese
6.
Spread the cheese on the side of the chicken breast
7.
Fold the other half over to cover the shredded cheese, compact and wrap it tightly
8.
Carefully pick up the chicken breasts and coat them with cornstarch evenly
9.
Wrap in egg wash
10.
Wrap in bread crumbs and lightly compact
11.
Add a proper amount of oil to a non-stick pan, add 70% heat to the chicken breast and fry it, use a spoon to pour the hot oil on the chicken breast, do not turn it
12.
Fry one side golden, carefully turn over and continue frying
13.
Fry on low fire until golden on both sides, then it can be out of the pan, put it on absorbent paper
14.
I served okra, blanched with salt, ready-made tomato sauce
15.
Cut open, the melted cheese flows out, crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, and delicious!
Tips:
Don’t put too little or too much cheese, as long as it can be wrapped and not leaking, the burst effect will be obvious.
