Fried Chicken Chop

Cut the chicken breast in the middle, being careful not to cut one side;

Beat the chicken breasts flat with a small hammer;

Add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, black pepper and ginger slices, stir evenly and marinate for a while;

Place the cheese slices on the side of the chicken breast;

Cover the other piece;

Prepare starch, egg liquid and bread crumbs;

Tips:
1. The processing of the chicken steak: peel it from the middle to half the thickness, beat the chicken loosely with a small hammer, and add salt and other seasonings to marinate for a while;
2. Put the cheese slice on half of the chicken steak, and then close the other slice; pay attention to the order of placing: starch --- egg liquid --- bread crumbs, so that the bread crumbs can be more evenly and completely covered;
